Valerie has worked as a counselor for the past 15 years. She holds a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Educational Leadership. Valerie is pursuing her passion for organizational leadership, writing, and public speaking. She just completed writing her first book, Baca: Pilgrimage Through the Desert to a Closer Walk with God.
